angelfysh provide premium professional email accounts which are much better than hotmail, yahoo or Google's free mail account.

OK, we would say that! But here's why. We've got:

• Free inbound telephone support* to a real human who knows you, cares about you and won't use long words
• Premium anti-spam (Block horrid unwanted emails).
• Anti-virus (Stop your computer getting infected. Yuk!)
• Webmail (send and receive email from your professional email account from any computer and at any time).

Webmail access
angelfysh webmail contains an integrated web-based calendar and task manager (that's posh), an auto-responder (when you're on holiday, people emailing you can automatically be sent a configurable message telling them when you will return), integrated anti-virus software too (updated daily) and intergrated anti-spam (blocks horrid junk emails).

angelfysh webmail is compatible with the following:

• Netscape Messenger
• Qualcomm Eudora and Eudora Pro
• Mozilla Thunderbird
• Any POP3, IMAP4 or SMTP compliant client (including Blackberry, Treo and iPhone)

Anti-spam features
The integrated anti-spam includes client-customisable sensitivity settings. 

You (the client) can log into webmail (your bit of the angelfysh mail server – contact me if you’ve lost your passwords), set the anti-spam settings to on, off or exclusive then continue to use Outlook/Outlook Express or your regular mail software on your computer. 

By doing this, spam (unsolicited/unwanted email) is caught at the angelfysh mail server before getting to your computer.

Your sensitivity options are (a little trial and error will help you to work out what’s best for you):

• On: Catches the most spam (recommended)
• Off: Catches no spam
• Exclusive: You will receive email only from addresses on your Safe List

Our anti-spam filters will update hourly to combat new spamming techniques and 45 individual tests are run on every single email to try to identify spam.

No wonder we look tired!
At any time, should any ‘spammer’ sneak through you can add any email address to your ‘spam filtering blacklist’ in web mail. 

Conversely, if the software is over-sensitive on any occasion with any genuine email you can add any email address to your ‘safe list’ to avoid being mistaken for spam in the future. Perfect!
